What to expect at drop-off
- Bring your device. For a laptop, bring its charger if available. Tell us about the symptoms, recent damage or changes, and any files that matter to you.
- Choose diagnostics. Standard diagnostics are free on most devices and can take up to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. Custom-built PC diagnostics are $36.99. VIP Express diagnostics are $54.99 with a 1-business-day diagnostic target. These diagnostic windows are not repair completion promises.
- Review the estimate. Repair cost and timing depend on the exact device, findings and parts availability. We obtain approval before repair work.
Back up files before service if the device can be used safely. If a drive is failing or files are missing, avoid further use and tell our team before attempting a reset or reinstall. Data recovery follows its own evaluation process.
