Crashes, overheating or startup problems call for troubleshooting first. Custom-built PC diagnostics are $36.99. Repair pricing is separate from the estimate for a new build.

A new PC is the beginning of the relationship. Come back to Hi-Tek Solutions for help with compatible upgrades, maintenance and troubleshooting as your needs change.
Custom-built PCs assembled by Hi-Tek Solutions include a two-year limited hardware warranty covering hardware supplied and installed by us as part of the original build.
LCD screens, display glass, tempered-glass computer case panels and other glass components are not covered for cracks, impacts, pressure damage or other physical damage. Complete warranty details and applicable limitations are listed on your estimate or invoice.
