3. Approve your build. The parts and project scope are agreed before assembly begins.
4. Assembly and testing. Our team assembles the system, manages cables and checks operation before pickup.
5. Get help after pickup. Return to our Downey shop for support, maintenance or future upgrade advice.

Timing depends on the agreed build and parts availability. We confirm the expected schedule with your estimate.

A new build is only one option. Hi-Tek Solutions also helps with compatible component upgrades, case swaps, cable management, cooling and performance troubleshooting. Tell us what you want to improve before buying parts.

For an existing custom-built PC that needs fault diagnosis, diagnostics are $36.99. That diagnostic fee is separate from new-build pricing.

Custom-built PCs assembled by Hi-Tek Solutions include a two-year limited hardware warranty covering hardware supplied and installed by us as part of the original build.

LCD screens, display glass, tempered-glass computer case panels and other glass components are not covered for cracks, impacts, pressure damage or other physical damage. Complete warranty details and applicable limitations are listed on your estimate or invoice.
