Cracked screen?
Let’s check your repair options.
A damaged display does not automatically mean you need a new laptop. We evaluate MacBook Air and MacBook Pro screen problems and explain the repair options before you approve the work.

Does your screen look like this?
Tell us what you are seeing. You do not need to know the technical name of the problem.
Cracks or dark spots
Visible cracks, ink-like patches or a damaged display after a drop or pressure.
Lines or flickering
Stripes, unstable images or a display that changes when you move the lid.
Screen stays black
Your MacBook appears to power on, but you cannot see the picture.
These symptoms can have different causes. We evaluate the device before recommending a screen replacement.
A clear estimate.
A decision you control.
MacBook screen replacement pricing depends on the exact model, the damage and the replacement display needed. We confirm the repair scope and explain your estimate before starting approved work.
We can also help you compare repair with replacing the laptop, based on its condition and your needs.
What about turnaround?
Free standard diagnostics can take up to 4 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. Repair completion is separate and depends on the findings and parts availability.
If you need an earlier evaluation, ask about VIP Express diagnostics at $54.99. This is a diagnostic option, not a promise of completed screen repair in one day.
Let us know if the MacBook is essential for work or school so we can explain realistic timing.

A few common questions.
Do you service MacBook Air and MacBook Pro?
Yes. We evaluate screen problems on MacBook Air and MacBook Pro computers. The repair option and part availability depend on the exact model. Bring it in even if you are unsure which model you have.
Will a new screen fix a black display?
It depends on the cause. A black display can involve the screen or another component, so we diagnose the problem first.
Will my files be erased?
A screen replacement usually does not require erasing storage. Back up important files if you can, and tell us if preserving or accessing files is a concern. We explain any additional work before proceeding.
What warranty applies?
Replaced hardware generally includes a 90-day limited warranty on the specific component under normal use. Cracks, impacts, pressure damage and other physical damage are excluded. Your estimate or invoice lists the terms for your repair.
Do I have to fill out the form?
No. Online check-in is optional. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours.
