As long as the main storage drive is healthy, no data will be lost during service. Before any work is performed, we always inform the client of the repair plan. If your data isn’t accessible or the drive isn’t detectable, we’ll let you know before proceeding with any repair. We also follow a strict confidentiality policy, we do not browse, access, or interact with your personal files. Your data remains private and protected throughout the entire repair process.
