Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Hi-Tek Solutions. We strive to provide excellent products and services, and we value your satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, exchanges, and warranties.

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

  • To be eligible for a return and full refund, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
     
  • The product must be in its original condition, undamaged, and unmodified.
     
  • Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and, if approved, process your refund.
     
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For credit card payments, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
     
  • Products returned after 30 days, or damaged/altered items, will not be eligible for a refund.
     

Digital Goods

All sales of digital products (such as software license codes or digital downloads) are final.
Hi-Tek Solutions is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen codes. No refunds or replacements will be issued for these products.

Warranty Policy

Hi-Tek Solutions offers a limited 90-day warranty on all part(s) sold and installed by us, unless otherwise stated in writing on your invoice.

Covered by Warranty:

  • Hardware/component failures due to manufacturer defects.
     
  • Labor associated with replacing a defective part under warranty will be covered by Hi-Tek Solutions.
     

Not Covered:

  • Physical or accidental damage caused by misuse, liquid spills, overclocking, or tampering.
     
  • Software issues, viruses, or user-caused problems.
     
  • Any modifications made by third parties or by the customer void the warranty.
     

Refunds During Warranty Period:

If a customer returns within the warranty period and requests a refund instead of a replacement, we may:

  • Offer a replacement part (same or equivalent spec).
     
  • If the original part is no longer available or has been permanently replaced, we may offer a 50% refund of the part's original value.
     
  • Labor costs are non-refundable under any circumstance.
