I took my laptop there Thursday afternoon. The charger wasn't working right. I had tried to replace tge cord with one from Best Buy. That didn't work either. I came here and by Thursday night they had already diagnosed the issue was that it needed a deep cleaning. The port didn't need changed or anything. Between the diagnosis and the cleaning my total was less than $200. I paid extra as my choice for the expedited diagnosis. I would HIGHLY recommend them and use them if needed in the future. Honestly they helped fixed a major issue I had with not only the thermal paste, but also when my laptop kept crashing due to the graphics card being messed up! They were fast and efficient on figuring out the problem which turned out to be the default intel graphics card and my nividia 4090 were playing tug a war with each other on what should be used during gameplay!

Since the fix, the fps and graphics have gotten even better! Gonna be taking it back in today for another fix they suggested since it’s about time it gets another fix!

Honestly highly recommend them, especially with such good quality work they do!

Yeah I would say they did an amazing job for my Alienware R15 X2. The cost was like buying a brand new videogame and thats not even expensive at all. They showed me pictures of before and after. Apparently the Thermal Paste became completely dried up and became a stone inside my laptop. They had get it out without causing any structural damage to my laptop. They applied new thermal paste. They also dusted completely my laptop from the inside. My Key Board was clean up very well as well.  After playing this laptop for 3 Days before giving a review, I can honestly say I love results of there work. I will be always recommending them from now on.
