Hi-Tek Solutions began in 2013 in our founder’s parents’ garage, right here in Downey. The goal was simple: help people solve their computer problems and understand their options.
As more neighbors trusted us with their devices, the business grew. In November 2016, we opened our storefront on Paramount Boulevard, giving our community a local place to bring their technology questions and repairs.
Today, our team supports home computers, gaming systems, Apple devices, and the technology that keeps local businesses running. We still approach every request the same way: listen first, explain what we find, and help you decide on the next step.

We offer free Standard Diagnostics for eligible computers. Custom-built PCs require paid diagnostics, and VIP Express is available when you need diagnostic answers sooner. We will explain your options before you get started.
