· “I” give Hi-Tek Solutions 4 business days for FREE* diagnostics, if express diagnostics is not purchased. (Excludes Sunday, Holidays & Custom Builds*)
· Upon approval, “I” fully authorize Hi-Tek Solutions to perform repair/upgrade work on my above-mentioned system or parts
· Hi-Tek Solutions will perform work on my systems/parts in their best efforts and good faith, Hi-Tek Solutions will not be responsible for any data loss.
· It is “I” who take full responsibility for backup/restore of “MY” data including any hardware & software installation.
· Hi-Tek Solutions will try to repair the system/parts, but if for any reason repair is not completed “I” will pay Hi-Tek Solutions an hourly/flat rate for respective repair.
· “I” will pay a 20% restocking fee, if “I” decide to cancel any ordered hardware/software that “I” authorized.
· “I” will give Hi-Tek Solutions 5-7 business days to get any parts, and at least 1-2 business days to perform repair/service.
· In the event that a client does not reclaim their device within a thirty-day period subsequent to notification, despite diligent attempts made by the company via email, text messages, and phone calls, ownership of the device shall transfer to Hi-Tek Solutions, which reserves the right to initiate wiping and recycling procedures.
· Hi-Tek Solutions is not be responsible for any system/parts/device left for more than 30 days from the date stated on the repair authorization.
COVID
· I am aware of the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and the risk that I may be exposed to or contract COVID-19 by being on the Premises and engaging in the Activity. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily entering the Premises to engage in the Activity with knowledge of the danger involved. I hereby agree to accept and assume all risks of personal injury, illness, disability, or death related to COVID-19, arising from my being on the Premises or engaging in the Activity, whether caused by negligence of the Business or otherwise.
· I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Business, or Owner, employees, volunteers, etc. on account of injury, illness, disability, or death arising out of or attributable to my being on the Premises or engaging in the Activity and being exposed to or contracting COVID19, whether arising out of the negligence of the Business, Owner, employees, volunteers, etc. , or otherwise.
Data Recovery Services - No Refund Policy
By engaging Hi-Tek Solutions or our partner companies for data recovery services, the client ("I" or "the Client") acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. No Refund Policy: Once data recovery services are successfully completed and the recovered data is provided to the Client, no refunds will be issued. The Client understands and accepts that payment is required in full regardless of the amount or type of data recovered.
2. Good Faith Effort: Hi-Tek Solutions and our partners will make every effort, in good faith, to recover as much data as possible. However, the Client acknowledges that every data recovery case is unique and that the success of data recovery is dependent on various factors, including the severity of the damage to the storage device.
3. Reattempts: If the Client is not satisfied with the results of the data recovery, Hi-Tek Solutions or our partners may, at their discretion, attempt additional data recovery efforts. This does not alter the payment terms or the no refund policy.
4. Payment Obligation: The Client agrees to pay the full amount requested for the data recovery services provided, irrespective of the outcome or the quantity of data recovered.
5. “I” will give Hi-Tek Solutions at least 7-9 business days to perform diagnostics on any Data Recovery service.
