We work with common storage devices from computers, cameras, phones, and business systems. You do not need to know the technical name—bring the device in and we will identify it.
Computer Drives
Internal and external hard drives from desktops and laptops.
SSD & NVMe Drives
Modern solid-state storage used in newer computers.
SD & Memory Cards
Photos and videos from cameras, drones, and other devices.
USB Flash Drives
Documents, photos, and other files stored on USB drives.
RAID & NAS Storage
Multi-drive storage used by homes and businesses.
Deleted Files
Files deleted by mistake, including emptied recycle bins.
Formatted Drives
Storage that was erased, reset, or accidentally formatted.
Drives That Won’t Open
Devices showing errors, RAW format, or not appearing normally.
A careful process—not a quick scan
Every data-loss situation is different. We may need to test more than one safe recovery method before we know what can be saved.
Bring in the device
Tell us what happened and which files matter most. Please avoid using the device beforehand.
We evaluate and recover
Our technicians examine the storage and use the safest appropriate recovery methods.
Review the results
We explain what was found and transfer recoverable files to suitable storage.
Most recovery work can take up to 7–9 business days because we may attempt different methods and carefully scan large amounts of storage. Severe damage or advanced cases may require additional time.
When should you stop using the device?
Continuing to use damaged or accidentally erased storage can overwrite files or make the damage worse.
- Files or folders suddenly disappeared
- The drive asks you to format it
- The computer no longer starts normally
- The storage makes unusual clicking sounds
- Photos or videos will not open
- The device was dropped, wet, or physically damaged
Honest expectations
Data recovery is never guaranteed. The amount and condition of recoverable data depend on the damage, how much the device was used afterward, and whether files were overwritten.
Some recovered files may be incomplete or corrupted. We will explain the results as clearly as possible so you can make an informed decision.
Common questions
A few quick answers before you bring in your device.
How long does data recovery take?
Plan for up to 7–9 business days in most cases. The time depends on the device condition, storage size, and the recovery methods required.
Can every file be recovered?
No company can guarantee every file. We do our best, but overwritten, physically damaged, or corrupted files may not be recoverable.
Do I need another drive?
Yes, recovered files must be transferred to safe storage with enough available space. We will let you know what size is needed.
Can you recover photos and videos?
Yes. Photos and videos are among the most common files we recover from hard drives, USB drives, SD cards, and other storage.
What should I bring?
Bring the affected drive or device, its power adapter when applicable, and any details about what happened. If possible, tell us which files are most important.
